Practical wisdom is the combination of moral will and moral skill

when to make an exception to rules!
know how to improvise! (Jazz player)
how to use moral skills in the purisuit of the right aims!
Is made not born (experiences).


Without wisdom! Brilliance is not ENOUGH!

People tend to use rules and Incentives to fix things! (Regulate and fix the incentives!! At the economical crisis!)

improvising is corrupted because of rules! and moral will is because of incentives!

Mediocrity! a result of too many rules!

Remoralize! (not by ethics courses!)
